· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of January 2026 is 129,440 up by 4,721 or 4% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 24,678,644, an increase of 1.7% from the previous year.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 69.6% for the month of January 2026. Out of a total of 117 routes, 36 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while three (3) routes, Route 421, Route 511, and Route 512 had an on-time performance below 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for January was 448,668 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 13,596 miles for the month.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the December sign-up and will remain in effect until the March sign-up.

- Route E, relocate terminus to Bus Stop #87 (Monsarrat Ave + Kalakaua Ave).

- Route 42, extend eastbound trips to terminate at Lelepaua Daniel K. Inouye International Airport Station.

- Route 533, all trips will serve the Waiawa Pearl Highlands Skyline Station.
